Noodle's first school dance

Noodle had her first school dance a couple of weeks ago. It was actually a family dance and she sure had fun! She mostly danced with her friend Caleb. She says Caleb isn't her boyfriend, but you should hear her talk about him! He was quite the dancer and even twirled her and held her hand!

..................................But here's her BEST dancer!

Before Aunt Karen's Easter Party

The kids are ready for some fun! Buddy has always worn sunglasses because his eyes are so sensitive to the sun. Noodle's aren't quite as sensitive so she wears them for fun. I think Lewlew's are pretty sensitive but she doesn't keep them on nearly as well as Buddy did/does.

FINALLY!! NEW PICTURES!!

The kids in thier Easter outfits. (I know, I'm REALLY late.) I didn't sew any of them this year. I know, I'm a slacker. But I found these cheaper than I could make them.

Snow Again!!

I guess the hopes of having a normal cool and warm spring are out. We woke up to snow AGAIN this morning. I'm trying not to complain because we need the moisture and maybe this will mean this summer won't be so scorching. O- well there's nothing we can do about it.

I keep meaning to put up Easter pics - or at least some pics, but I've been so sick. I've had a sore throat and icky and tired symptoms for a week. No I don't have strep. My doc thinks it's a sinus infection. So I started meds yesterday. I've been taking Ibu 800 for the pain and that helps, but my throat is sure sore. I'm hoping the antibiotics will help everything. Instead of flu, I think they should call it T.O.D. - touch of death. I hope you don't get it!

Stay tuned for pics.

A Little Emotional

I just feel compelled to sort of say my testimony. As many of you know, I recently had a miscarriage. I was due the end of Aug. It was really rough, both physically and emotionally. And then a few days later on the evening of Easter Sunday, our neighbors just 2 doors down (our kids play together all the time), lost their baby. He was only 6 months old - perfectly healthy, died in his sleep. So the past few weeks, I've thinking of the plan of salvation a lot. I'm ever so grateful for it. I'm grateful for prayer and the Priesthood. So many of the every day things that can be taken for granted so easily. I know God lives and he is mindful of us and our situation. I know my Savior lives and loves us. I am so very grateful for my family. I know, if we live right, we will be together after this life. At little Michael's funeral, Elder Jay Jensen of the Seventy, said that at that very hour, the Harris family was being prayed for "by name" by President Monson and his counselors at the Salt Lake Temple. How blessed we are to have a living prophet who receives and directs this church by personal revelation. We are a blessed people. Thanks to all of you who have called and sent emails. We love and appreciate you!
P.S. Easter pics coming soon.......
